About this seminar
This half-day training seminar is very much a politically-based training session that encapsulates the wide and varied challenges that come with handling crisis scenarios and how best to communicate the message up the line— or even directly at a Ministerial level. Our expertly-led seminar will focus on the principles behind crisis communication on a broad scale, incorporating
information-gathering, making or not making public statements, and how to handle stakeholders. It will include a very practical discussion-based workshop. This seminar allows attendees to interact with peers and gain expert insight on best practice methods of managing very public crisis scenarios.
