Getting it Right - Evaluating Tenders, Debrief Letter and Awarding Contracts

Brief Synopsis of Talk:

Tender evaluation can be time consuming and stressful, but it is vitally important that public sector bodies get it right.  This seminar will offer useful hints and tips on how to approach tender evaluations to make them more efficient and robust.  Advice will be given on how to set up evaluation panels, how to draft feedback and how to maintain records throughout the process.

The latter part of this seminar will focus on how to draft debrief letters and how the award process operates.  Private sector bodies will also find this seminar useful as it will enable them to identify when public sector organisations have not complied with their statutory obligations.

Registrations for this event are from 9.00am with refreshments on arrival. The talk will be from 9.30am - 11.00am.
