Objective
To equip public sector professionals with the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively communicate within the organisation/ department, across different forums, and with diverse stakeholders, including high-ranking civil servants.
The workshop will focus on providing practical strategies for creating briefing notes and correspondence for top government officials, including Ministers and their reporting advisors.

Learning Outcome

Assessment
Assessment of the learning outcomes can be conducted through group discussions, case study analyses, and practical exercises. Participants’ ability to apply the concepts in real-world scenarios and their engagement in Q&A sessions will also serve as indicators of successful learning.
